There's only 2 ways Alvin can leave
1. Player becomes Captian in year 2
2. You have possesion of Willy Legend(He doesn't leave randomly)

I'm not sure what you're talking about. I haven't had Alvin leave when I had Willy. What exactly happens?

There are multiple triggers through side arcs that involve alvin staying or leaving (I tend to see him stay more often than leave).

If you can specify your position, and some of the choices you made that, without a doubt, get Alvin off the team, then feel free to post that on here and on the wiki.

Its never good to TRY to get him off the team. It makes winning almost impossible. At least when you're a hitter.
