This is my attempt at making Mike Fontenot (Cubs backup second baseman), so here are his stats. Leave feedback if you like him, don't like him, whatever:

Just kidding :P . I don't really know that player, but I'm just assuming because he's a backup that you may have overrated him. Good stats!

I was thinking that when I made him, but I had so many extra points, I wasn't going to waste them.

Too much run speed, he's decently fast but not A fast. A little too much contact, either a point or 2 too much. I'm not exactly sure if slugger was needed or not, but it wouldn't really have a factor with me because I'm always playing with the cubs so the CPU wouldn't get to control him...well except in my reds season. Also, I think you got power just about right. What stance did you give him? I think Sosa is the best for him in this game. I do really like the player you chose to do, he's a beast.

Fotenot isn't really that good. If he was he would be a starter in the all-star game. Or at least on his own team.

Using this guy in my current season mode. He was priced well if I remember right. He'll acquire Gold Glover soon enough...
