Posting:

* Individual players should be in their own thread, with the full name of the player and position(s) in the title. Don't add superlatives or any other shout outs to it... we will see your guys...
* If you post a team or a set of players, add players by editing your starting post so they're all in the same post. A bump to announce the edit is appropriate.
* Posting images are fine, provided they are small in dimension and data. 800x600 and ~50Kb should be the biggest you can post inline (using the [IMG] tag), anything larger, post a link or a clickable thumbnail instead.
* If you have wiki rights, add your player(s) and team(s) there as well!

This is my first pitcher I made in success mode, I didn't try to max everything out, I got everything where I wanted it to be. I actually didn't really want this good of control, I should've stopped at D. I also wish I could've made him just have a 2 seam fastball without the 4 seam fastball.

How long have you been here reading pitcher guides/advice? I made 20 pitchers and never got one that good although I am working on a reload char.

I actually never read any of the pitchers guides(because I never thought I would make a pitcher becase of all the stuff to upgrade), I just saved and reloaded a bunch. But I did use what I've learned from creating fielders, I boost up stamina the first year, I also use this guide that goes for any player you make in success mode, but I can't remember who made it and I searched and can't find it. I had the gamblers ring and usually gambled with 20% or less(I would keep gambling or buying attributes until I still had enough for another attribute or pitch level or ability). If I didn't explain that well enough here's an example(I'm making up the numbers): I have 53 strength points, 19 technique points, and 60 mentality points.
Top Spd costs 40 strength points 20 technique points
Control costs 6 technique points 2 mentality points
Stamina costs 15 strength points

I buy 3 stamina upgrades, 3 control upgrades and now have left:
8 strength points 1 technique points 54 mentality points
and have a 15% chance to get top spd upgrade, which really doesn't take too long for me. I also do this with breaking ball level ups, I just didn't use them in the example.

If you want I can post the guide, but I don't take any credit for it at all, I had nothing to do with making it, I just can't find where or who made it right now. Also, it doesn't really go in depth, it's just a basic starting guide.
