Post subject:  Why the Not Equals looks broken...

Alright, after doing some homework. I found that it's a limitation on the Character set invoked by the OS. Alt codes work for the first 255 characters ONLY, by typing in the decimal equivalent of the Unicode HEX value.

So, since the not equals sign is 2260 decimal, or 8800 in hex, the value doesn't input proper with the ALT-2260. getting you the border corner character instead.

I've readjusted the page to show a more realistic not-equals character, that requires a bit more copy-paste but it looks cleaner.

To use the seemingly more authentic characters, use the list I've compiled here.
