Owen is a R/R starting pitcher, he's a little light on abilities due to suffering three injuries in college (two broken bones and a bruise) but he could still definitely serve as a back-end starter or middle reliever, while at age 21 he still has the potential to develop into a potential #3 starter or late-inning reliever.
