Posting:

* Individual players should be in their own thread, with the full name of the player and position(s) in the title. Don't add superlatives or any other shout outs to it... we will see your guys...
* If you post a team or a set of players, add players by editing your starting post so they're all in the same post. A bump to announce the edit is appropriate.
* Posting images are fine, provided they are small in dimension and data. 800x600 and ~50Kb should be the biggest you can post inline (using the [IMG] tag), anything larger, post a link or a clickable thumbnail instead.
* If you have wiki rights, add your player(s) and team(s) there as well!

Wow I'm getting bashed on from all angles.

My quote is just for fun. I respect the Yankees guys. Their rivalry is what makes baseball so great. I didn't mean to offend anyone.

I've used Tony and Tim Wroebel. Impressive. They get hits all the time (but I use lock-on 5). The batting stance (Sheffield?) is annoying.

But unlike the Nazis and Hitler, the Yankees have built an empire that will last forever. Might I say: 26 > 7, in fact 26 > 3 x 7. At this rate, if the Yankees don't win a WS for the rest of time, It'll still take the Red Sox 390 years to catch up. And Yankees is a real word - Sox isn't.

( I think people are just having fun with you Timpson....but I'm waiting for you to defend yourself and your Sox ;) )

No it's cool. I don't usually go back and forth with people online. So I won't.

...and whomever is a Tiger fan here (I played shortstop for a "Tigers" team in Little League, around the same time Detriot was as poor as we were -won only the game I called in sick for-) should be hiding in a hole somewhere...

spend all that money... get swept by KANSAS CITY. and for crying out loud, IN DETROIT?!?

Even the yankees don't flop that bad with overspent money...

Oh, tigers lose again... now 0-4.... so much for that vaulted lineup. and you can't blame it on pitching either... scoring 5 runs in the KC series...

Yankees stunk last night. But I'll give Kennedy a break. Rays' are underrated and that Pena guy, woowee.

Teams that let him go:
A's
Tigers
Yankees
Red Sox

All those teams could use him.

A's just because they don't have anything.
Red Sox could put Youk in the outfield (RF) and Pena at 1B. I'm sure Pena's better than Drew/Crisp.
Yankees need a 1B - but Giambi has made some nice plays this year, injuries are his biggest concern.
Tigers - Guillen to DH, Pena to 1B, and Sheffield to DL.

Yankees and Red Sox could survive without him though, too guys play that position.

I'm really disapointed by kennedy and pettitte. Boston lost today and we could have gained a game. Going up against the rays I would have expected a better performance and They should have been able to get Jackson out of the game after 5 innings with how high his pitch count was.

I feel you, man. Impressive showing against the BJ's before blowing it against the Rays.

I can't make starters, either. Relievers are much easier.

Not to derail anyone but I think discussions about the REAL MLB should be taken to the Free For All forum :)

I can't make relievers since I don't know what to do first year when I'm normally strength training.

I still do the strength training, as relievers need stamina, too. I usually get them into the D/C range, but my HOF closers (Wilhelm and Gossage) were made with B stamina because they were multi-inning relievers. In fact, Wilhelm ended up with A stamina because of a Secrets of Stamina (letter from fan) RE that came right after a successful try at a raise, so used the Heavyweight glove to bring it back down into the high-B's. I wish I kept it as A, though, because his level 7 KN and high-90's top speed would have been nice as a starter. I also gave him a level 2 KNCB just because I had a ton of Breaking Ball points left over.
