I can't change the CPU settings to powerful. How do I do this? |

Do I have to wait until the 2010 - 2011 offseason to change the settings or did I have to change the settings way back when I first started at the beginning of the 2007 season? |

You have to wait till I think spring training or free agency or something like that, but make sure you don't save it just in case you go too far, but I know you can change it during spring training. So yes, you have to wait till the off season(renew contacts, free agency, spring training). Just don't start the next season without changing it. |
