After finishing ten seasons of season mode I expected a ton of points for it. Guess how many points I got. 1. That's right 1 point for all that work. I cannot believe this. After having to watch all the credits you have the option to save your team as an arrange team and the you go back to the main menu. I am just in total shock from this.

Ah well, I guess you get all the 2000 points for each game.

2000 points if you actually PLAY the game, and possibly at least 3 innings worth as well before fast-gaming the rest.

Yeah, that's what I meant.

But it really sucks if only 1 point is gained. I also would've expected more. Even Success Mode garners 6000, although the 2000 point bonuses are non-existent.

One other Q - are the points different in the Single Player Season? Still 2000 a game? What's the whole storyline behind this mode?

Maybe there were other bonuses, but you'd already unlocked them from the shop.

The only items in the shop on back order is arrange team participation and maybe some batting and pitching styles. Not sure on this though. I've never tried single player mode.

Hopefully someone will find the exact formula for unlocking t he Arrange team so I can play with them

Pretty sure it was posted a while back. I unlocked it before knowing it but it seems logical.

#1: Complete Success Mode - and actually make the big leagues...

#2: Finish the Season ranked #1 in your division.

#3: Win the World Series


If you've done all 3 of those then the arrange team in season ability should unlock. (Although you still have to buy it for 100,000 points.)

As a side note when I did it, I was using an expansion team to finish the season ranked #1 and win the world series. I also had a couple of my success mode players on the team so if doing this with a normal team doesn't qualify you then maybe you need to use an expansion team. *shrugs*

your season mode run must use your character
you used an expansion team with your character

so now we're up to 5 requirements ><"

You don't have to finish 1st in your division. I simmed up to the playoffs and won the wildcard and still unlocked it.

I had a success mode character on my team (a pitcher) and we won the division and the world series. Still on backorder.

You dont have to use an expansion team because I unlocked it using the Yankees the first time.

Alright, since I'm probably the furthest "behind" in the race to unlock things, I've reset my save file (backup) and will attempt it from scratch.

This is the order in which I'll attempt to unlock it

• Finish 1 season with standard team, get wildcard, win WS.
• Start 2nd season, win division
• Complete 2nd season, win WS
• Complete Success Mode (gosh, this will hurt my brain, going through all the text again w/out shortcut mode)
• Run a new season with standard team with made success player (who will most likely sit on the bench), win Wildcard, win WS
• Start 2nd season, win division
• Complete 2nd season, win WS

Any thing else I'm missing? Should I throw in "watch credits"?

Perhaps you have to sweep through the playoffs or just world series?

I've gotten it with the Yankees, with a success mode player, and finishing with negative 15000 points (so owner points are irrelevant).

No need for a second season. Maybe it has something to do with sweeping through the playoffs? This is what I did just through casual playing...

#1 Complete Success Mode (I did this a few times before completing the season)

#2 Complete 1 season. (During the 1 and only season I needed to complete, I used an expansion team with some success mode players, finished first in the division, and won every game in the playoffs/world series)

After completing the season, it was unlocked.
