| Post subject: | Practice in season mode |
Can someone explain to me how this works? I can't do it myself, and when I do it on automatic, they are always there practicing. How do I work on technique? any good practice FAQs out there? I just the game, and I like it a lot, but a lot of little things bug me. |

Practicing isn't all that complicated. Automatic isn't the way to go though - it's much better to assign each player yourself. The best and fastest way IMO to improve your players is to assign all your batters (or at least all the ones there is space for - players with multi-year contracts get priority) to contact hitting. Assign all your pitchers to Top Speed. Then go into the Management -> Shop options and buy equipment to help contact batting practice and top speed. Get the regular (30,000 points) as soon as it's available and the 50,000 one only if you can afford it. They don't last forever. After a year of training all your players should have A contact and you'll start winning a lot more games. Rinse and repeat for all skills. |

I assigned them myself, but they do all the work. Is it ok to leave them practicing all the time, or should I take them off? |
