This is the ability tab where the green abilities go, among others.

However, there a vast amount of boxes which I have no idea what fills them.

These are the ones I know occupy a box, but it still leaves dozens more:

Aggressive/Cautious Run
A/C Steal
Star
Aggressive/Patient Hitter
Good Pace
Power/Breaking Ball Pitcher
Slugger
Slap Hitter
Sparkplug
Gd/Pr Rain
Gd/Pr Day Game
I assume Gd/Pr Night game
Gd/Pr Sense
Gd/Pr Morale
Worldly/Clumsy
Various injuries - this is the one I think takes up the most space.

One more thing, it seems that a good deal of these have never been acquired in Success Mode. Which one's have you gotten?

Me - Sense, worldy/clumsy, and A/C run,steal,hit, slugger/slap hitter, star, morale, injuries, sparkplug.

I think only half the page are actually abilities that are applicable in season mode. The rest are success mode only things. I would assume each type of injury goes into a different box. You forgot to put lone wolf on the list.

You can use "player search" to see what applies out of success mode.

I've gotten everything you've posted except the Gd/Pr Rain and Day/Night game abilities.
