I was wondering what would be the best breaking ball (that hitters would swing and miss at, not make bad contact). I want it to go with a 07 pitcher iv been working on and it seems I want him to be a junkballer. I was thinking a slow curve with many slow down and movement upgrades since in 07 you can upgrade any pitch exept fastballs. Gimme any suggestions on what hitters would have seeing and keep them off balence. Thanks |

I can try a vertical slider with a harder throwing pitcher, like a closing and just make the movement good. |

Try doing something with the drop curve. Give it some extra break and slow it down even more. Great pitch. |

I had done that with a starter I made years ago. Turned the DCB in a level 4 original pitch. With the upgrades I got the pitch to slow down about 5-7 mph over a normal curve and got it to have a slight slurve break at the end. Great pitch. |

It did. It isn't automatic of course, but it is a good pitch. |
