I have made a few discoveries about success mode.
1. There are follow up events to the New York Event. The first is you see them at it again, and gain moneyman exp. The next event is when they say do you want to go to Las Vegas. You gain Moneyman and bookworm Exp.
2. Marvins Arc: The Marvin Late random events are actually his arc. After questioning him about him helping a woman in labor, you and Becky discover he is stalking a girl in the park. Eventually Becky sets up a date with him and the girl. You lose $30 though. Next you will have an event at the beach,m in which you see Marvin standing dejected. If you use A Yes card, you will talk to him to discover that the he had a great time on their date, but she moved. Later you meet up with Becky in class and tell her what happened. SHe says she saw her with another guy at some other place. YOu try to tell her not to tell Marvin, but he is standing by the Whole time. He rushes someplace and cries. Then it says Marvin's abilities increased
3. Lucky Lotto: If you choose a challenge card and win the Grand prize, you have a chance for... Wait for it... GYROBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe I have also discovered the Robbie Arc. It starts with him working at a grocery store in your second year. He asks how the team is doing, and if you use a yes card, you have a chance at consistancy

I don't think that's an arc. I think that's just a RE

The second event with robbie is when he offers you a job at the supermarket he works at. If you use a challenge card like I did, he'll ask the boss to give you a good rate. This means you work at the supermarket now.

I've had a time where you are going out with Becky, and it's Valentine's Day in Year 3. I used a challenge card, and randomly got GYROBALL!!!

Yeah that was discovered already. So now there are 4 ways to get gyroball

Never got to the final marvin arc

but I did know it was an arc and he was stalking a girl

The final to the Robbie arc is when you finish the player, it shows a slide saying how he became the manager of the supermarket and you go there once in a while to ask for his advice
