Or make a regular relief pitcher (not a closer) with A or B STAM. Either way works

Is it possible to makee a "swing man" character in success mode? Since I haven't seen an option, i doubt it. But i wanted to make sure. |

Swing Men are just starting pitchers who aren't good enough for the rotation but will fill in for a starter if they are out with a small injury or fatigued. So, you just make a starting pitcher and put him in that spot. |
