how can you get the surprise bag if its not sold at the shop? |

From dating the different girls in the game. Some random events or other characters might give you them too, but typically its from girls on dates (christmas, valentines, etc). |

You can also buy it after your player signs a minor league contract and you are taken to the screen where you can customize your character. You are able to buy it from a shop, but not until the very end. Sometimes, you'll get stuff that won't be useful so be sure to follow Alloutwar's advice. |
