How can you tell if your character has good sense? I see that upon starting sometimes gold glove costs x x 265 x and sometimes it's x x 255 x. Is looking at how much it costs to upgrade the best way to determine if you have Gdsense or will it show up in the character profile somewhere?

Yeah, first look at the ability sheet, where you'll usually see all your blue abilities and stuff. One of the tabs is titled "Other 1" Go to that tab, and you'll see if you have good sense, poor sense, or any injuries.

What do you mean "Boo for Worldly?" It's a very useful ability.

Worldly helps a lot, unless you happen to start with 5 NO/Marvin cards... then it's a bit of a struggle. I typically like 3 challenge/yes and 2 no/marvin.

It doesn't really matter in the beginning. A Marvin card has the same effect as a Yes card at the lipstick event, and you can reload for a Challenge/Yes. You probably will use a No card at the Bison's bat offer, and at the glove cleaning events. Another early event is the Pi Pi Pi invitation, and you could use a No for that, and a Marvin card works well at the Home Maintenance help for your Dad event. By then, you'll have plenty enough Challenges for working and dating.

Maybe I have horrible luck, but no matter how many times I reload, the card underneath is always the same card each time, no change.

Wonder, given a chance to pick, which one would you rather pick? Worldly, Gd Sense or others?

MaxD - you have horrible luck

I'd rather have Good Sense by a long shot. There's only one surefire way of acquiring it during Success Mode, and that reaching level 4 Ladies' Man, a long way off.

A simple date to the cinema (Becky) or park (Annie) can get you Worldly.

I'm not sure what's going on. I've tried for two days now, load and reload for 2 hours each day and still not a single GdSense character. I've had poor sense about 4 times though....

It's random, but your luck is horrible, my friend. I've gotten 3 times in a row once, when reloading for a Genius. I ended giving up on my attempts and stuck with Standard Plus.

I guess complaining is the key. After four hours I finally have GdSense and Toothache.

Sometimes the randomizer seems to get stuck and you keep getting the same outcomes no matter how many times you reload. It explains the three GS in rows and getting the same fate cards. It's also notable when you reload after opening surprise bags. You can get rare items like Legends of Baseball, GR, Secrets of Hitting/Pitching/Defense a repeatedly for a certain stretch of reloading.

I usually reboot the game when I suspect this.
