how do you get the negative effect shutto spin?
i checked the wiki but its not even listed

I have no clue and it's not listed probably because others don't have any idea either. I have only seen it in a drafted player.

how is the shuuto spin necessarily a bad effect? if you know your guy has it you wouldnt throw it to far outside or inside (depending on the batter) and it might actually fool the hitter if he's thinking fastball and you throw a shuuto/fastball. also does anybody know if you have gyroball, will the ball spin like "a gyroscope" and a shuuto?

It would rip a tear in the space time continuum and destroy anything in its radius. Too much powa!

having unnecessary break spin on your fastball makes it slower, and more likely to be hit. Besides, as was discussed in another thread... this is a Japanese game, and they dislike having excess break on their fastball (now everything you throw breaks... the batter can predict the plane of attack better).

and they do get the power boost... I'm just rationalizing it :D
