Against the champion rings I was 5-5 with 5 homers and 7 RBIs. For pitching I think once I pitched 8 innings allowing 3 runs.(don't know about hits or strikeouts) |

With hitter (Andrew Gao), 1B/CF, I scorched the Superstars for 5-5, 5 home runs, 9 RBI, in a 9-6 victory. That's right. He accounted for all 9 runs. |

I pitched a CG 1 hitter against the CRs; 19 Ks. It was really upsetting; the one hit came in the ninth inning with one out. So close.... For a batter; 4-4, 4 HR. I don't remember how many RBI or what team it was against. |

I just pitched 6 innings 0 runs allowed. I controlled 4 1/3 out of 6 innings though.The AI sucked. |

I forget which pitcher now, but I no-hit the Champion Rings while simultaneously being no-hit by the Zero/Perfect-S combo - which translates into a loss in the rematch bit. And since I used a Challenge card before the game with the scout I got the "Do you even care about the game at all?" scolding afterwards -lol- Reload ... try again ... As a position player, my best performance was actually my most recent - Johnny Bench went 4-5 with 3 homers and 8 RBI (including a walk-off 3 run blast) against the World Gatherings in year 3. I don't think I'd had more than 5 RBI in a game before then. |

Is it just me, or is it that the better of a pitcher you are, the less run support you get(it's frequently 0 or 1). |

I'm not sure who posted it, but somewhere on this site, someone said that the fate cards used when the scout talks before the game will affect run support. Something along the lines of: Yes - close game, decent support compared to opponent No - usually losing Challenge - tough game to win, high points and eval if won Marvin - completely random. |

I think the game limits the opponents lead to something you can climb out of by hitting (3 runs or less). if your pitchers are terrible they'll give up a lot of runs. But because the lead has to be 3 runs or less the Tulips' offense is allowed to catch up a bit by scoring some runs. I think that's how it works. |

And that was me... although, as later shown in the same thread... that this is just a probability guide... you may end up doing a lot better/worse than the trend... as always, if you don't like the outcome... reload! Like yesterday... I went 3/3 with 2 HRs ![]() ![]() |

I hate when I have a really, really good individual game, but the team still loses and you have to start all over again. Then I have a mediocre individual game and my team wins. |

I agree with that, it happens all the time. It almost happened in the game I said in my first post, we ended up winning 7-6. |

Agreed. I had a game with one of my better and more recent success players where I had my best offensive day going 4-5 with 4 HRs and 6RBI and we ended up losing 7-6 with the closer giving up 3 runs in the 9nth to the World Gatherings. |

Ugh, at least 12 attempts at beating the Champion Rings in Year 2 so far. I've had 3 CG SO with 4-8 strike outs and lost every time 0-0 after rematches. I've also realized getting only slow curve to level 7 with no other breaking ball kinda sucks, they can sit on it so hard. Maybe it'd be easier if I had the psychic goggles. The one time I did beat them I had a RE before the game that gave me clumsiness. This game can be so cruel. |

My best stats were year 2 against the rings. I was 4-5 with two doubles and a game winning grandslam. Best stats I've seen were Brad's against the rings when he hit the cycle. I didn't know any of my team mates could hit homers or triples. |
