does the luck necklace or goddess necklace affect your chances of getting a gamble? not increase the percentage, but somehow make it more likely that you'll be successful. it'd save a lot of gambling time if it cut down 10% of my gambles.

It seems do so for me. I've noticed that the "success bars" are closer to each other than the odds suggest, when I have the goddess necklace - courtesy of Becky's first Christmas date.
