i realized today that patrick from the world gatherings is a genius

are there any other geniuses from success mode?

Is he really? I've checked on some guys and most say "Success."

I hate how it's impossible to make a guy look like the important success guys (Zero, Alvin, Patrick, Rex, Oscar, etc.)

Oscar is a player on one of the first teams you play. For the first game of success mode, you will play one of the Narcissus, Iron Stones, Impala Legs, Tech Brains. Oscar is the "star" pitcher of the Narcissus.

I was thinking maybe Gregory of the Think Tank University Tech Brains would be a Genius, just because they are a nerd team.

When you hear about the world gatherings, pressing two gives you a more detailed version of the text and in it Patrick is mentioned as being a genius.

if you press 1 or 2 on a wii you can see all the old text from conversations...anything that is green like world gatherings, gundar robots, etc. if you look at the old text you can see more detailed information about it...

Oh I missed that. But since Genius is a special type of starting stat that's indicated on the plate next to the name, only your own created players can be a Genius. Success mode characters obviously don't have starting stats because they were coded into the game and their plates all say "Success".

I assume Patrick's ingenuity was something simply written into the story to say he's an intelligent player and student.

yeah i think it's more just that the other players in the game see him as a superior.

How do you know if your success player is a "genius" right away? I only see the genius plate after I finish creating them.

I've seen it posted somewhere that you must start with good stats and good sense. Are you still a genius if you have good stats, good sense, but one negative ability? I just got this and don't want to reload if this is a genius.

Please Help
