I noticed in Auto you don't have to focus your point on control or stamina so much because your training actually increase those stats by 2 points automatically.


So you can concentrate more on abilities and so forth

it makes it more difficult I think. Auto does just that, automatically spends the experience points, whether you want to or not... so you can't "really" save up for anything large...

Auto gets you decent stats, but the abilities you'll have to mostly obtain the hard way (via events and items).

doesn't auto make gambling almost impossible if your points are already used up on other abilities?

yes, but no.

You'll still have "leftover" points, but you'll be at a sub 40% success rate every time.

This also restricts the ability to raise multiple stats in one go, by buying a cheaper stat boost before gambling.

I would just suggest going with manual. Auto saves about two seconds of time.
