I actually put down that info already on the discussion page for that entry but thought I should leave it for someone else to edit for the time being.

After the World Gatherings game in yr 3, I was able to get the "lucky raffle" Re and also a letter from a fan Re. Previously, I had only seen Dr. Goodjob visits. So I guess that isn't the ONLY Re that shows up on that day.

Here's some more info on the Goodjob visit from 3rd Yr following CR game:

Spent almost two hours doing S/L before a successful challenge (probably 9 or 10 failures). Only got Goodjob visits following training or resting activities, never any following working/dating. This might have been a random thing(?). Not sure that working/dating is a good strategy for this week anyway, but thought this was interesting.

My succesful challenge came after resting (not training). I'm not sure if vitality level affects the outcome of the procedure or not. I had zero succesfull challenges (out of 6 or 7 tries) when vitaility was very low, but 1 succesful challenge (out of 4) when vitality was high. My guess is that it doesn't matter, but was wondering if anyone else had looked into this.

Note that some (1 or 2) unsuccesfull challenges also resulted in receiving negative abilities. Not sure if this was previously noted or not.

One last point:
I also did several play-thrus of the "I want to improve a skill I'm lacking" choice. I was surprised to find that this could also fail. A failure resulted in lowering vitality the whole way and lowering motivation two levels (form highest to normal). I think one time I may also have gotten a negative ability, but not sure. When successful, I always recieved a new ability, but it was never VS. LH Batter though that is what my player requested each time. Once I received 'Good Sense' (Not sure if this is useful this late in the storyline, (i.e., does it matter in SEASON mode if you have good or poor sense?)) and another time I received Recovery4. (My player did not already have VS. LH Batter, either, which you may have been wondering.)

Results to a failed challenge on the operation were already well documented, so that's why I didn't go into details. However, my results were the same: - 3MPH, loss of control & stamina, etc. etc.

A failure on the gain ability was loss of all vitality and drop two levels of motivation. Nothing too serious, but I did actually have this happen two separate times.

Here's some more GJ info:

I would guess this info is already "known" but I didn't see it in the wiki so I am posting it here just in case. Of course, the following is in addition to the stat upgrades already documented.

For a fielder a successful challenge yields the following points:

50 Strength
50 Quickness
60 Technique
67(?) Mentality

I have a question. By saying "the week after the Champions Ring match" do you mean doing an activity on Year 3, June Week 3, and then meeting the doc? Thank you.
