Cool; that's basically what I was going for, but I'm kind of doing it all at once just to make sure I'm not wasting any runs through success mode. I'm sure it will be awhile before I'm ready with anything, just wanted to make sure I was on the same page with you guys.

Apparently Ladies Man Lv4 improves your baseball sense one level, meaning if you have Poor Sense you only lose the bad ability instead of obtaining Good Sense...which kind of sucks because I was hoping it would be a great equalizer.

Since I've encountered instances of losing Good Sense (and becoming normal) in random events that would otherwise give you Poor Sense - ex giving the wrong answer to Marvin when he asks you about Global Warming - I assume the Good/Poor sense events all work in increments.

IS there any way to get Good Sense through an event?

Yeah, use the NO card when Marvin asks you if you've ever been to New York.

I got good sense once at the pizza job. I used a challenge card for some event that happened there.

How does the "dragonfish" event progress?
What fate cards should I choose?

The event I'm talking about is when Marvin asks me if I know what a dragonfish is. I chose a YES fate card and my guy said something like "Yeah, it tastes pretty good." Marvin replied "I might need to find another friend." A few weeks later he said he asked Peter and that Peter was really smart.

I think saying no will decrease your bookworm rating.

Y = -$100 get Insurance Policy
C = -$200 get Expensive Insurance Policy

During Home Maintence job...
Mowing the lawn I been chased by a dog = +5 Quickness and sometimes increases Base Running
Cleaning the pool maybe attack by a tentacle or something = down Motivation or find a necklace = get a Pot-of-Gold Necklace or take a swim = +5 Strength and I think up Motivation
Some running thing = Head First Slide

Dating Becky at the movies
N = +5 Technique, Motivation up and Worldy ability

I was fooling around between reloads trying to get an ability from Annie's date on the third year Valentine's (I usually do that regardless of who I'm dating to get the Secrets of Hitting/Pitching). I was already steady with Sarah but she didn't seem to mind my going out with Annie... so I decided to see how far I could go with her before Sarah started stalking us.

Oddly enough I wound up maxing out Annie's affection level (10 hearts) and she even gave me the bat shining towel and the special problem set. Understandably though her arc didn't progress further and I was only able to get Sarah's happy ending.

whats Annie's special problem set? Is it how you get the genius ability, whatever that is (not the one with starting stats)?

You usually get it after you're steady with Annie. This time the confession event got skipped probably because I already had Sarah as my steady. BTW I think the "genius ability" is merely a misinterpretation of Annie's happy ending dialogue.
