This poll is in response to my manufactured fiasco this morning, and the suggestion of a second active mod to balance things out on the forum.

So, hypothetically, if we were to have a second moderator, who would you guys like it to be?

a new moderator isn't going to do anything

During the Winter that's true, but this forum is WAY more active during the Summer.

no idea what you're trying to prove with that. dish is perfectly capable of moderating this forum by himself -- if the drama gets out of hand, lock the thread or ban people. that's all that needs to be done. this forum isn't busy enough to require more than one person doing all of the work, nor is it problematic enough (a key exception being that weird thread where the dude found random pictures of three members online & tried to justify it by saying that WELL THEY POSTED THEM SOMEWHERE SO IT'S THEIR FAULT! that isn't how it works).

I don't think we need a second moderator right now, but I'll throw out a list of candidates I would consider should we decide to add another mod (in order of how likely I would be to pick them):

TIER I - frontrunners
- detroittigers15 - He's not around as much, which wouldn't be ideal, but I think he would provide a good, stable leader
- jag123jg - You could say that he's "too new", but he seems to have earned the respect of almost everyone that's active, and that's a definite plus

TIER II - active, but not necessarily the best candidates for leadership
- SkittleMonster - Problem here: he seems to be unpopular with a lot of the newer members, and if we're trying to bridge the gap, that's not ideal
- BrewersFuzz - A veteran member who seems to generally get along with most people, that's always good
- AgentP - I try to do my part in being a leader around here, but I don't know if I could handle the responsibility of being a moderator

TIER III - not as active but would probably be good leaders
- Powerprosfan31 - I've always kind of looked up to him, but I don't know if he's active enough/has a good enough relationship with younger members
- PowerPro Jr - don't think this would be best, as he's not particularly active anymore, but he'd be a really good leader in my opinion

i dont care. I wouldnt mind any of the candidates put up so far

I vote Jag, because he helped keep the 08 PW Exchange alive singlehandedly, and he's always nice to everyone. He has also helped me become a hell of a lot better at success and even though he's a Yankees fan, always enjoy talking baseball with him.

I don't know jag, but he seems to be a popular choice. i wouldn't care too much if there was a 2nd moderator, it just seems a tad unnecessary for this forum.

We don't need a new one.

Honestly though, I didn't even know jag was a good candidate. Don't think I've ever interacted with him
