How many of you still play baseball like, in a league? I know the number's small but I'm just curious. |

I play high school baseball in the spring and travel baseball in the summer. |

Yes I do play. I play in the NSW state league in Australia which would probably equate to between high school and collegiate baseball for you guys. I do it more to keep myself fit and hand eye co-ordination for cricket |

yay good job guys i play for a team in the ferguson jenkins league but not gonna say which one ;p and my high school team but hs baseball in canada is a joke |

I play for my high school team, not sure if I'll be varsity or JV this year but I've been working a lot on my pitching and hitting  Also might play summer and/or fall ball this year As for positions, I pitch, and also play pretty much everywhere else - save for catcher. I like third base and shortstop the most, I suppose Maybe my streak of striking out in every at-bat (dating to before 7th grade) will end this year??? |

I've been completely overmatched, and haven't really put in the effort to get better. Plus, I wasn't good enough to get many at-bats, so four years' worth of strikeouts is only about 20 at-bats. Still bad, but not the hundreds you might expect. Like I said, though, I've been practicing a lot, working outside of school, going to the cages, and getting private lessons, and it's really helped both my pitching and my hitting. Wish I would've invested this time a few years ago, might've saved me the embarrassment of a few handfuls of K's  Definitely going to miss the game whenever I do have to stop playing. |

same. i have this dream ill go to an anerican college to play and get drafted and all but i know thats not gonna happen most like and ill def miss fhe game when its taken from me |
