My favorite, that I use for several things, is Minneapolis Gems, usually in my football games with the Los Angeles Sharks, San Francisco Guardians, Chicago Centaurs, Dallas Vaqueros, Miami Suns, New York Titans, Philadelphia Warriors, DC Congressionals, Indianapolis Rave and Boston Minutemen

I don't really have a go-to created team name, but I wish I did. I do real like the Memphis Massives, but that really only fits Power Pros. I suppose Memphis Mastiffs would have the same effect. My friend uses the California Clementines for some of his team names, which I rather like.
