Well, it's 2014. So, with that, did you make any New Year's resolutions? I'm still working on my list, and I'll post it later. Also indicate how serious you are about the resolutions (for example you might take "lose weight" more seriously than "play power pros more") |

You don't get a free car and gasoline when you receive your license. Most people would be required to pitch in the majority for their car, buy all their gas, and sometimes pay for the insurance too. As such, if you don't have a job to pay for all this, there's no point in getting a license. Likewise, some people are hesitant of the dangers, some people don't feel like they need their own car to get around, some people can't be bothered with all the hassle, and I'd imagine there are other factors too. |
