Shameful double post, but skittles, you could build a PC that could run almost all AAA titles at high settings and if it was exclusively for Minecraft you could go much lower, here's one. Only $620 and it's a console killer, with an SSD http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2nD0Y and if you're willing/allowed to spend an extra $150 or so http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2nD9M this graphics card makes it future proof for a long while and the larger psu gives more room for upgrading. If you took away the SSD you could upgrade the mobo and then swap out the fx-6300 for an i5 or 8350, it would be able to run bf4 on ultra settings for sure. nevermind the ridiculously good steam sales over 10% at like gamestop tl;dr building your own pc can be cheaper or can be more expensive if you want more, also, steam sales. |
