no it's pointless, nobody tries, and the players in the playoffs don't wanna get hurt, that's why hockey is the manliest sport in the US, hockey players are always being checked into the glass, and they play a lot more and take more punishment than football players and their not fat like Offensive linemen |

I honestly don't think they should. I never watch the Pro Bowl but would watch the MLB all-star game. and I like watching football more than baseball. Who won anyway?

But I think they should keep it. I mean, it's tradition, and other every major sport does it |

I can't comment on this year's game, but last year was a joke. Awful. I heard Peyton Manning emailed the players telling them to try their best so I hope that got through to everyone. All-Star games are purely entertainment, they may be pointless, but they are fun and entertaining. From what I saw of last year's game, it was not entertaining. It was barely even football. |

I honestly think that they should keep the Pro Bowl, as silly as it sounds to a lot of people. My parents had a conversation about it a little bit, and said something to the effect of the Pro Bowl being used to determine home-field advantage in the Super Bowl, but of course that would never happen. |

This year's was a lot better than last year's, IMO. I think they should bring in more rookies and young guys, because in most cases, it means more to them, and they will play harder. |

They should keep the game, but move it back to the week after the Superbowl. |

Personally, I didn't watch the Pro Bowl simply because I'm not crazy about Football. However, I feel that All Star Games are a nice break in the action of the season. In the case of Football, I wouldn't mind to see the Pro Bowl in the middle of the season, say, the Thanksgiving games for example, just to give teams a chance to retool over the All Star Break and sprint to the playoffs. Also, the winner would get the home field advantage during the Super Bowl, but I'm not sure how valuable that would be considering the Super Bowl is more often than not at a neutral site. With that said, another set up they could take on, in my opinion, is two Pro Bowls. The one in the middle of the season/before the Super Bowl, and one directly after. AFC vs NFC for the first one, and the winner of that match up takes on the Super Bowl champs, but I can easily see how this would be complicated and unnecessary considering people already don't see the point in the existing Pro Bowl. |
