Source, please read before voting! For those who don't want to read the article, basically, there was a spot in the BCS National Championship game where ESPN play-by-play man Brent Musberger called A.J. McCarron's girlfriend (who they showed in the stands while this was going on) a "lovely lady" and "beautiful". There are some people out there that found offense to this ("A 79-year old calling a 20-something year old 'beautiful' and 'lovely'? Creep!"), and ESPN later apologized for that incident. So, the question is, was Musberger out of line with his comments? I personally say no. What do you think? |

What! That makes no sense, I mean sure it seems creepy, but don't most adults say that when their son or daughter meets up with someone who is a fit for them? I don't see a problem with it. |

I think that was fine. I don't think it matters what he thinks. Grandparents always call young people beautiful or attractive. |
