I know what you're thinking. "Ugh, who cares about the Sox!", but I find the Red Sox organization to be an enigma, making anything they do worth watching. I'm guessing Boston gets their guy in Farrell considering the trade apparently is already past the preliminary stage. |

I'm hoping for Brad Ausmus for three reasons. 1. I really liked him and everybody says he has the personality to lead 2. He's the right age to be able to really connect with the players yet still have the needed authority 3. If he's hired, there's a chance he could steal away Jim Hickey |

I beleive the answer is either, John Farell or none of the above. That said,I would prefer Brad Ausmus or Jason Varitek. Farell would cost a player or cash,and its not really worth it. Another poll idea could be is Jason Giambi the next Rockies manager. |

I would like to see Ausmus being the Redsox manager next year but I think they'll go for Farrell |
