Hitting streak, pitching is getting better and better while hitting is starting to stink. Plus, hitters always overthink stuff in the box. on-base streak different story because even Kevin Millar. *cough* *cough* I mean Great Johnson. |

I'm going with scoreless innings streak. Both are rare, but we've seen big hitting streaks before (recent example: Brian Dozier, 24 games) and not freaked out over it, whereas a long scoreless streak (can't think of a good example rn) gets a lot more coverage |

Hitting streaks that actually even come close to the record, 56: Jimmy Rollins-38 Chase Utley-36 The cuttoff is thirty and no one's even close. My case is said. |

Ahem, your case is closed. And the Krusty Krab is.. open~ Chut and JRoll, heyyy repping I'm gonna agree with Agent, and I also think we should consider that players have almost every day to stay in the groove - whereas pitchers could get rusty after five days and have to maintain that consistency for a long time. |

You have multiple opportunities to extend a hitting streak. With a scoreless streak, one run and it's over |
