| Post subject: | POTD #266 - Who Gets Your HOF Vote? |
So, the MLB Hall Of Fame voting period ends on Wednesday, when some of baseball's immortals are inducted into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame. However, not everyone gets in, as most players fail to reach the 75% of votes needed to get enshrinement in Cooperstown. But what if YOU had a ballot to cast that could get players in? Well, now's your (make believe) chance! If you had a ballot, which players would you vote for? I've made a poll that (in no specific order) lists the top 10 (in terms of vote percentage) players up for the HOF vote. If you'd like to vote for players that I did not include on the list, you can also select more players up for the vote from this list: http://www.baseball-reference.com/awards/hof_2016.shtml You are allowed to vote for up to 10 players, but you do not have to vote for 10. Note that I only listed 10 players because I was only allowed to post up to 10 options. So here's your chance to vote. Even if it's pretend, I'd like to see who you voted for. You have up until Thursday to vote, so get your votes in! I'll post my results later on, I guess. Note: The poll was edited to include Mike Mussina instead of Lee Smith. Please re-vote if you want. |

I voted for Griffey, Piazza, Bagwell, Raines, Edgar, Bonds, and Clemens. However, I would add Alan Trammell and Jeff Kent to my ballot as well. |

Bonds was better before the steroids and so was Clemens |
