I agree with PPJ. Though I don't think he should, Harper will win Rookie of the Year, because he is Bryce Harper.

Frazier has a better batting average, he has more RBI's than Harper, he has a better on base percentage, just 1 less home run which he can easily pass Harper, a better slugging percentage, and he has more doubles than Harper.

According to WAR, which is park adjusted and adds defense and baserunning to the equation, Harper has been more valuable than Frazier, who has benefited from a little BABIP love and playing his home games in Great American Ball Park. Not that Frazier doesn't deserve to win ROY, but he is not doing way better than Harper.

Frazier hit a clutch homer in the bottom of 9th to tie the game this afternoon. (The Reds won later that inning on a Dioner Navarro RBI triple - a TRIPLE. It's as if somebody edited Dioner Navarro and accidentally gave him too much SPD.)

Harper has answered Frazier with a homer in the 1st inning and a 2-out, RBI single in the 5th to give the Nats a 4-3 lead. (Game still in progress...)

I keep saying, Brandon Barnes will win ROTY.
