I used to play the 'boner. It's actually really fun if you have fun music to play. I haven't played since last school year since I dropped out of band class, though.

Just like any instrument, it would take practice to be actually good at the instrument, but when it comes to simply playing it, anybody can play a beat if they've ever heard any kind of music before.

Most people could probably master the kind of drum beats they use in rap "music" with relative ease.
