There's no real "poll" to this one (I mean, I can add one of you'd like) because the range of answers is so wide open. But the question is, if you could make one change to MLB Power Pros 2008, what would it be and why. Drop a reply. Tell us what you think!

I'd make success mode a little more interesting. There aren't as many storylines as on '07.

Better manager/GM logic.

Though it is much improved in the Japanese games, fwiw.

Preferably continued roster updates to keep the game fresh, though that's not really possible.

There's plenty of small things I could change, so I guess the only other big one would be a create-a-player option.

I'd also like to see maybe more options for Arrange Mode, such as more logos and the ability to create your own stadium. This has yet to be seen for either game.

Why did I know you'd say that? I still believe a C.A.P. option would be a terrible idea. It totally nullifies the whole point of their signature mode and it almost becomes "just another baseball game"

Well that's only my opinion, it'd just be easier for me to make more accurate players, but for others probably not. It's just an opinion.

I agree on what you said PPJ, plus some smaller stuff like Bullpen in all modes, etc.

You wanted something not in the Japanese games, you got something not in the Japanese games.

Not to mention we don't even have a poll yet, so the rules right now should be taken with a grain of salt.

Oh, everyone would be able to create more accurate players, so 9/10 people would just go there instead of through Success Mode. As much as it frustrates me, I couldn't imagine the game without it. Again, opinion

I think I'd probably choose more lineup options (Platoon, Lefty/Righty, etc.). I would've said better AI and run support in MyLife, but I don't play it enough to really care

True, and I don't know why it's a problem to just have both. It's not like people would have to use C.A.P., it could be optional.

I do agree with your second point though. It would be cool to have platoons and more lineup options.

Because the only people who would use Success Mode then would be new people and hardcore players. As much as we all like Success Mode, givin the choice, almost all of us would pick CAP, rendering Success Mode useless and a waste to energy to make. I don't know how else to really explain it...

And lineup options aren't an issue if you play everyday. It's once you start simming that you need them

I would like one huge success mode. You go from little league all the way to AAA, and then it continues to MLB Life. You only get to upgrade at certain points so it wouldn't be easy to max.
