Made my first offers. I proposed a 89m/7y deal to Kishita and a 67m/6y deal to Lester. Let's see how that goes.

I also picked up RP Ben Rowen in the Rule 5 draft. 4 star potential, high K/9, but also high BB/9.

Good news! Both Lester and Kishita Masato Kurihara agreed to the contracts I offered, and are now Chicago Cubs!
