It was the day of the dance. I, Marco, have been up since 5:00 AM choosing what to wear. I may be a jock, but that doesn't limit me from being a fashionista as well. However, choosing between which turquoise sequined jumpsuit to wear is a decision no one should have to make. But if there was someone to make the decision it would be this *(censored)* right here. It was 10 am and I should have been at school. Simon had texted me a few times asking where I was. This time he called.

"Dammit! This asshole has interrupted my passion for the last time!" I picked up the phone

MARCO: What is it, you cunt?

MARCO's MOTHER: WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?!

MARCO: Mother, I-uh... Thought...

Mrs. MARCOS MOM: WHY AREN'T YOU IN SCHOOL?!

MARCO's MADRE: When I get back you are grounded until you die.

She hung up the phone. The threat of being grounded wasn't scary. She was on a business trip and that meant I would still get my groove on tonight. Now, back to the arduous process of choosing what to wear.

I'd heard that they were a really tough team.

At practice I worked on long distance running again because coach didn't want me to do any throwing.

After practice I ran 6 laps around the field. I was really tired but felt like I had gained some endurance and stamina.
