@phillies http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/c/cartela02.shtml

@Skittles Hey, good strikeout rate. And to be fair, he wasn't supposed to be in the Majors, the Diamondbacks are just that bad that they needed him.

@PPfan He probably would've won it anyway if the game would let you give created players years of experience.

28-year old RP Rick Bauer (43.1 IP, 3.12 ERA) for 2 years at $1.8M per year
25-year old SP Dewon Brazelton (10-11, 3.83 ERA) for 2 years at $2.4M per year

All of these players are expected to make an immediate impact at the major league level. In addition to these three, 12 minor leaguers were signed in order to flesh out the system and fill the holes left by players who were not re-signed.

Osuna will close in 2006 and probably 2007, but after that I can see Royal being the team's closer for many years.

Good news, everyone except MacKenzië, Fraser, and Royal is starting the year playing for their respective big league team. EDIT: Also Grossman.

Also, if anyone who doesn't have a player would like one, now is the time. I can put them in as free agents, but they'll just end up on a random team.

Oh, I'll take a spot.

Name: Crawford Myers
Team: Whichever
Age: 23
DOB: May 2
Position: C
B/T: S/R
Appearance: White, shaggy brown hair, clean shaven
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 190
Body Build (Skinny, Athletic, or Heavy): Athletic

Strengths: Arm Strength, Fielding, Run Speed
