I've decided to take control of the Montana State Bobcats, The Bobcats are a veteran team that can challenge any team in the conference and should be picked to finish 3rd behind North Dakota State and Coastal Carolina. The Bobcats are led by senior QB Denarius McGee who plans to have a huge senior season in the teams first year in the BCS. Alabama? Georgia? Good luck. The players seem to be rather highly rated for an FCS team. |

WEEK 7 Tennessee Vols(3-2) @ Montana State Bobcats(0-3) 1 2 3 4 F Bobcats 7 7 0 7 21 Vols 0 3 7 0 10 Bobcats pull off amazing upset, but lose starting QB Denarius McGee to injury in the process as they beat Tennessee 21-10. Senior QB Denarius McGee went out in the 2nd quarter with a torn pectoral muscle and will be out 2 weeks, the mobile quarterback who had high hopes for this season has put up disappointing numbers so far throwing 6 INT's with just 4 touchdown passes. The Bobcats will now turn to backup senior QB Bill Hodge, who in limited time this went 8/18 for 122 yards while throwing 2 TD's and just 1 INT. When Rob Ash was reached after the game and asked about the injury, he didn't seemed as worried as you may think, "Yea it's going to be tough without Denarius out there but we have full confidence in Bill Hodge's ability, we just have to get him some reps with the 1st team in practice this week and get him ready for the conference opener." The Bobcats head to Alabama to play the Samford Bulldogs to open their conference season. Seems like the quarters are too short. You should be running 60-70 plays per game, you're only running about 40. Just a suggestion. |
