It's that time of the year again: Time for the 10th Annual NFL Picks Contest for the 2019-20 season! Each week, you choose the winners of each game, and whoever has the most correct predictions at the end of the season wins the ultimate prize the forum has to offer...forum bragging rights and a temporary color change on the Discord!

This year will be a little bit different in how you make picks. This year, I ask that you send me a direct message on Discord or a Private Message on the MLBPPW forums to make your picks, with Discord being preferred. I tried to use Google Forms or SurveyMonkey, but issues with pick notifications concerned me, so I decided to hold off on it for this year. That way, we can have a little bit of suspense with making picks, and potentially reduce the amount of similar picks being made.

You will still be able to edit picks, but the contents of the edit must be explained in a separate PM or DM, especially if you're sending via Discord, because edit history is not tracked on Discord.

Other than that, rules remain the same: We will have a "rolling deadline" to make picks, but I prefer you get all your picks in before the Thursday games to have the maximum chance of getting as many wins as possible. If a pick is not made for a game, it counts as a loss. Ties do not count as a win or a loss.

Please express your interest in participating in this thread or in the Discord. Good luck this season!

The first game of Week 1 is Thursday, September 5, so please get in picks before that time.

Zumi and phillies had the best weeks this week, each going 12-4. Zumi was one of the few people to actually think the Lions were going to win (they did), and phillies was one of the few people that thought the Colts and Falcons would win. We now have a two-way tie at the top, and we'll see what happens in Week 3!

Zumi clearly had the best week this week, being the only person in double figures in wins this week. I was the next best, with nine wins. Agent and phillies stumbled this week, posting 10-loss weeks. It's shaping up to be a three-horse race for the overall title this year between Zumi, myself, and Rakumen.

The Rams. It appears Super Bowl fatigue is still a thing, and Jared Goff is still hungover. He has regressed sooooo hard this year, he can't beat the Buccaneers. This team ain't going places this year, fam.
