"Beckham broke his ankle in Week 5 and is set for surgery soon. His season might be over. New York's season already appears to be over after falling to 0-5. Wait for confirmation, but prepare to either stash OBJ on an injured reserve spot or -- in leagues where necessary -- cut him."

I mean yeah this was kinda dumb either way but they really made it sound like he had a chance of coming back. It's on me for not probing deeper but whatever i'm 1-4 anyways this isn't gonna dramatically shift the league balance lmfao

MLBPPWORLD FANTASY WEEK 6 RECAP

Jakku Scavengers (GoTwins24) 141
Atomic Pickles (AgentP) 83

Summary:
The Scavengers had their most impressive performance of the season, scoring 141 points. Cam Newton, Leonard Fournette, Antonio Brown, and Ryan Succop all surpassed the 20-point mark. Meanwhile, the Pickles received average performances from their entire lineup, but their highest scorer was Evan Engram, who tallied 16 points.

Los Angeles Aodgers (KFPC) 86.5
You've Been Juiced! (LGM77) 131

Summary:
The Aodgers suffered their first loss of the season. The Aodgers were hurt by Jeremy Maclin's absence. However, there was not much they could do, as You've Been Juiced! had their best game of the season. Deshaun Watson continued his hot streak, scoring 23 points. Rob Gronkowski and Larry Fitzgerald also surpassed the 20-point mark, as well as the Rams' defense.

Cool Brees (ZeroGibson13) 93.5
[Insert NFL pun here] (Queso James) 49.5

Summary:
Cool Brees easily returned to their winning ways thanks to solid performances from their starters. They were able to win despite not having a 20-point scorer. It was a rough one for [Insert NFL pun here] who lost Jameis Winston to injury early. Gio Bernard started despite being on bye, and Andre Ellington could not score a point. Only two players, Golden Tate and Greg Zuerlein, scored double digit points.

Nick N00ns (PhilliesFan134) 107
Tom Brady's PSI-duck (Dishnet34) 53

Summary:
It was another dominant week for Nick N00ns, who were once again carried by Melvin Gordon, as the dual threat back recorded 30.5 points in the win. Baltimore's two return touchdowns also led the way, scoring 23 points. Tom Brady's PSI-duck had many players on bye, starting TE Jason Witten who did not play this week. Tom Brady was the only double digit scorer for his namesake team.

The 2016-2017 Champ (Prediction) 69
Detroit Phantoms (DTigers) 123

Summary:
The defending champion received double digit performances from Alex Smith and Christian McCaffrey, but the remainder of the team could not pick up the slack, failing to record a double digit outing. Meanwhile, the Detroit Phantoms certainly liked that 27-point outing from Kirk Cousins. Every single Phantoms running back scored double digit points, carrying the team to a blowout win.

TD Gobblers (BrewersFuzz) 87
Team Griffith (Jag123jg) 116

Summary:
Despite losing QB Aaron Rodgers at the very beginning of the day Sunday, Team Griffith won in blowout fashion thanks to strong outings from Le'Veon Bell, Jordan Howard, and Davante Adams. Holding on to Adrian Peterson proved to be a smart move, as All Day scored 25 points out of the flex spot. The struggles continued for the TD Gobblers, as no player recorded over 16 points. Jag's 29-point win was somehow the lowest margin of victory this week.

MLBPPWORLD FANTASY WEEK 7 RECAP

Jakku Scavengers (GoTwins24) 82.5
TD Gobblers (BrewersFuzz) 71.5

Summary:
The Jakku Scavengers won their 7th consecutive game despite their lowest point total of the season. Injuries to Stefon Diggs, Emmanuel Sanders, and Leonard Fournette were partly responsible for this drop in point total. The Scavengers were led to victory by Antonio Brown, Zach Ertz, and Ryan Succop. Despite a 29-point outing from Dak Prescott that kept them competititive, no other TD Gobblers player could match this production.

You've Been Juiced! (LGM77) 96
Atomic Pickles (AgentP) 82

Summary:
You've Been Juiced! continued their tear thanks to trade steal Amari Cooper, who finally broke out of his slump, scoring a massive 38.5 points against his former owner. Tyrod Taylor also had a strong 19-point outing, leading You've Been Juiced! to their 5th victory in their last six games. The Atomic Pickles' struggles continued, receiving double digit outings from Evan Engram, the Jaguars defense, and Matt Ryan. Tevin Coleman's 1-point game sunk the Pickles.

A VHS Copy of Shark Tale (Queso James) 107
Los Angeles Adogers (KFPC) 97.5

Summary:
The name change worked out well for A VHS Copy of Shark Tale, who were bolstered by Russell Wilson, Dez Bryant, Jordan Reed, and Greg Zuerlein. They survived a -5 point outing from Kansas City's defense. Despite 20+ point outings from Carson Wentz and Todd Gurley, the Aodgers were defeated due to lack of productions from the WR position. They lost their second in a row after starting the season 5-0.

Tom Brady's PSI-duck (Dishnet34) 112
Cool Brees (ZeroGibson13) 120

Summary:
It was an unlucky game for Tom Brady's PSI-duck, who lost despite scoring 100+ points for the second time this season. The Chargers defense scored 27 points in their shutout win over Denver, and Tyreek Hill and Julio Jones carried the team at the WR spot. Unfortunately, Marshawn Lynch's ejection hurt production at the RB level. Meanwhile, Cool Brees returned to the top spot in the power rankings with a 120-point outing. No player scored 20+ points, but the team's depth was highlighted by the fact that no starter scored under 9.5 points.

Detroit Phantoms (DTigers) 104.5
Nick N00ns (PhilliesFan134) 86.5

Summary:
The Detroit Phantoms raised their record to above .500 with solid performances from Kirk Cousins, Mark Ingram, and Mike Evans. For Nick N00ns, major production was limited to Ezekiel Elliot and Aaron Jones, who combined for 60 points. No other starters picked up the slack, as Marcus Mariota was the team's third highest scorer with 8 points.

Team Griffith (jag123jg) 95.5
The 2016-2017 Champ (Prediction) 124

Summary:
Despite strong performances from Derek Carr, Le'Veon Bell, and the Steelers defense, Team Griffith was hurt by the lack of scoring ouput form the WR position as Davante Adams struggled to find targets without Aaron Rodgers. The defending champion hopes to go on a 2016-esque run after their best game of the season. Alex Smith, LeSean McCoy, and Doug Baldwin led the way for Prediction.

Standings:
Alvin Lockhart Division
Jakku Scavengers 7-0
You've Been Juiced! 5-2
Detroit Phantoms 4-3
A VHS Copy of Shark Tale 3-4

MLBPPWORLD FANTASY WEEK 8 RECAP

Jakku Scavengers (GoTwins24) 92.5
The 2016-2017 Champ (Prediction) 82.5

Summary:
The Scavengers continued their unbeaten season despite missing Leonard Fournette to injury. Kai Forbath, acquired for this week only, led the way with 16 points. Alshon Jeffery delivered his best performance since week 2, scoring 15 points. The 2016-2017 Champ did not start top WR Deandre Hopkins, who recorded 32 points. LeSean McCoy and Jimmy Graham kept the defending champion in the game, scoring 26 and 17 points respectively. Alex Smith scored 13, but could not carry the defending champ to a Monday Night miracle.

Atomic Pickles (AgentP) 83
A VHS Copy of Shark Tale 112.5

Summary:
A VHS Copy of Shark Tale won their second straight game since the name change thanks to another dominant performance from Russell Wilson. Alex Collins and Mohamed Sanu also had good outings, but the second highest point output came from the Chiefs defense, who caused Trevor Siemian to have a 2014 Northwestern-esque performance. The Atomic Pickles were led by Matt Ryan, who scored 15 points. No other position player could step up, and the Pickles recorded a modest 83 point game.

Los Angeles Aodgers (KFPC) 118.5
Tom Brady's PSI-duck (Dishnet34) 66.5

Summary:
The Aodgers returned to their winning ways with a 52-point blowout. Despite not having a 20+ point game from a position player, every single Aodgers player scored double digit point totals (AJ Green scored 9.5), highlighting the Aodgers' depth. PSI-duck suffered from inconsistency again, only receiving double digit outings from Tom Brady, Matt Prater, and LeGarrette Blount.

Cool Brees (ZeroGibson13) 81
Detroit Phantoms (DTigers) 98.5

Summary:
The Detroit Phantoms gained a key victory over Cool Brees thanks to great Monday Night performances from Harrison Buteker and Travis Kelce, who both scored over 20 points. Despite two fumbles, Mark Ingram scored 14 points, solidifying the wins. For Cool Brees, no player scored 15+ points. Alvin Kamara, Stephen Gostkowski, and Drew Brees were the only players to score double-digit points. Despite this, Cool Brees remains in the top-3 of the power rankings, which is critical for the playoff run.

Nick N00ns (PhilliesFan134) 135
Team Griffith (Jag123jg) 74

Summary:
Nick N00ns improved to 6-2 with a blowout win over Team Griffith, who slowed down after a stretch that led them into the top 5 of the power rankings. The Ravens' defense once again came up huge for Nick N00ns, scoring 27 points in their massacre over Miami. Will Fuller and Melvin Gordon once again carried Nick N00ns to a blowout win. Ezekiel Elliot scored 25.5 points, but his suspension will be difficult to overcome for the red hot Nick N00ns. Team Griffith's wide receivers struggled, failing to record a 10-point outing. They will need to find some consistency to make a miraculous second half push.

TD Gobblers (BrewersFuzz) 45.5
You've Been Juiced! (LGM77) 99.5

Summary:
You've Been Juiced! continued their dominance, rising to the top spot in the power rankings for the first time this season. Jerrick McKinnon and Tyrod Taylor appear to be fantastic pickups, as they led You've Been Juiced! to their 4th straight win. The futility continued for the TD Gobblers, who lost their 6th consecutive matchup. Kicker Jake Elliot was the only Gobblers player to score 10 points. Willie Snead and Terrelle Pryor both failed to record a single point.

Standings:
Alvin Lockhart Division
Jakku Scavengers 8-0
You've Been Juiced! 6-2
Detroit Phantoms 5-3
A VHS Copy of Shark Tale 4-4
Team Griffith 2-6
Tom Brady's PSI-duck 2-6

Gilgamesh Star Division
Los Angeles Aodgers 6-2
Nick N00ns 6-2
Cool Brees 4-4
The 2016-2017 Champ 2-6
Team Griffith 2-6
Atomic Pickles 1-7

Power Rankings (Based on Total Points Scored):
1. You've Been Juiced! (846)
2. Cool Brees (831.5)
3. Jakku Scavengers (828.5)
4. Los Angeles Aodgers (823)
5. Nick N00ns (798)
6. Detroit Phantoms (776)
7. Team Griffith (767)
8. The 2016-2017 Champ (712.5)
9. A VHS Copy of Shark Tale (708)
10. Tom Brady's PSI-duck (662.5)
11. Atomic Pickles (650.5)
12. TD Gobblers (631.5)
