So, now that Week 17 is over, complete with a Jets collapse, the NFL has determined the team seeding and playoff matchups to lead up to Superbowl 50. I figured we should make a contest out of this, similar to that of the Regular Season pick contest. Because there's not as many games, I volunteer to keep up with the standings and such. Obviously, the goal here to guess as many games correctly as possible. If you get the most games right, you win... nothing! But you get a good feeling, at least, so there's that. I'll post the matchups prior to each week of the playoffs. There are four games in the first two weeks, then comes the Conference Championships and the Superbowl, which will all be used as tiebreakers (unless someone has a better way of doing it). Here's how the final playoff seedings look after the regular season: AFC #1 Denver Broncos (12-4) #2 New England Patriots (12-4) #3 Cincinnati Bengals (12-4) #4 Houston Texans (9-7) #5 Kansas City Chiefs (11-5) #6 Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) NFC #1 Carolina Panthers (15-1) #2 Arizona Cardinals (13-3) #3 Minnesota Vikings (11-5) #4 Washington Redskins (9-7) #5 Green Bay Packers (10-6) #6 Seattle Seahawks (10-6) I will post the Wild-Card Matchups tomorrow night, but I'd like to see who will be participating in the competition first.
