Ya know, looking at stats, RG3 is a better player than Wilson. Please disregard my previous post. Not trying to sound like a cop-out, but *whistle*. Not even close, except in TD passes, where Wilson leads.

Affter RG3 gets a career-ending injury next year. My prediction:

RG3 is on the Madden '14 cover, and the Madden Curse causes him to get injured for the year in week 1 and then he's horrible for the next year and Cousins becomes a star.

No, Oden didn't play at all, RG3 has played over half the season.

Nah, I'm hoping RGIII and Cousins become like Vick and Schaub. RGIII (Vick) will be the long term starter, but Cousins (Schaub) will get a decent amount of playing time due to Griffin (Vick) being a running QB. Cousins (Schaub) would then be traded to a struggling franchise like the Jaguars (Texans) in need of a QB after Gabbert (Carr) busts. He would compliment a great receiver in Blackmon (Johnson) and a premier running back like Jones-Drew (Foster). After a few seasons, a great defense would be created, staring Posluszny, Alualu, Mathis, and maybe Jarvis Jones (Cushing, Watt, Joseph, Barwin).

RGIII is too much of a class act (and too good) to be Vick, but other than that I'm fine with that analogy.

I don't expect him to go the dog-fighting, jailtime-serving route, but more so for on the field performance. Obviously, I'd doubt my analogy will come true, but it's fun to wonder, "What if?"

RGIII will eventually learn to stop taking the big hit in exchange for one or two extra yards. At least I hope he does.

Speaking of excellent, young QB's . . . Russell Wilson. I am loving that guy and he gets visibly better every week.
