Well, can't we give him some sort of ground to start with? Like, say, he went 8-8 or 6-10 or something like that every week? So he has some sort of chance?

Well, it wouldn't be fair IMO if he won without participating the whole season, so I say start him off with him with some sort of crutch, say starting off with a .400 winning percentage (around 6-10 every week) or something?

I don't know if this would be the best way to handle this, so I'm open to better suggestions. But we need to address this better during next year's contest, and set guidelines, such as having a deadline to register for the contest before week 1, or something similar.
