So the discussion in the playoff thread has led me to create this thread. What was the first baseball game you've attended? My first White Sox game was Game 2 of the 2005 ALCS. So many memories, including the AJ Pierzynski dropped-third strike. My first Indians game was in June 2007. What a year that was. They were so close to winning it all that year. |

I went to a Cardinals game in St. Louis while on vacation when I was pretty little, like 6-7 and that was the first game I went to. They beat the Pirates and Albert Pujols homered, that's all I remembered. So I was a Cardinals fan for a while because of that, and probably should've stayed a Cardinals fan.  Poor Brewers

My dad took me to a Sox/Tigers game at Fenway, I was 8 or 9 years old. The sox lost horribly (like 11-3) and my dad complained about Boston so much, he never went back. I didn't return to Fenway until my NC office took us there for a game in 2008 or so, by the time I was 26. |

Phillies-Mets game in 04 or 05. Phillies won and Jim Thome homered and I got a nice Jimmy Rollins statue for free.

THe game I got Mike Trout's Autograph is the earliest game I Remember, or was it when I went with a girl I liked. |

My first game I remember was the Giants @ Astros about in 2009. We left after they walked the bases loaded (Purposely) and the Catcher hit a grand slam (Not Posey). We lost by double digits. |

July 13, 2008 at Shea Stadium. I remember the date only because it was Build-A-Bear Workshop Day and they were giving out teddy bears with the Shea Stadium Special Logo on them. We sat behind the Mets dugout and before the game a vendor gave me a ball, which was then signed by a Mets player, I don't remember who it was and I'll never know for sure because the signature has since faded away. Beltran homered early and the Mets won 7-0, but we left after the second because they were winning 4-0 already and my brother wanted to go home. |

You got a brother? My first game I went to was the first Nats home game in 05, I was 3. Don't remember anything but I got tons of memorabilia from the game in my room. I then went to the first Nats game on March 31,2008, against the Braves when Zimmerman homered. I met Zimmerman and got an autograph and pic with him and dmitri young. |

Oakland Coliseum, around 1981-83. I would have been 5-7 years old. Didn't become an A's fan, as I hitched on with the orange and black in 1987 and haven't looked back. Crazy George was at the game, you can look that dude up. I think I rode BART for the first time to get to the game from Berkeley. |

First game for me was Boston @ Atlanta in July 2004. Been to 3 other games since then. |
