I saw a thread like this from a while back and wanted to make one for this season. I know it might be a bit too early, considering Spring Training games just started, but I've been waiting to make this thread long enough. The purpose of this thread is to post the FULL STANDINGS for EACH division. If you want to guess their records too, you can put that down as well. So here I go: AL EAST 1. Boston Red Sox 2. Baltimore Orioles 3. Toronto Blue Jays 4. New York Yankees 5. Tampa Bay Rays AL CENTRAL 1. Detroit Tigers 2. Chicago White Sox 3. Kansas City Royals 4. Cleveland Indians 5. Minnesota Twins AL WEST 1. Los Angeles Angels Of Anaheim (being politically correct here) 2. Seattle Mariners 3. Oakland A's 4. Texas Rangers 5. Houston Astros NL EAST 1. Washington Nationals 2. New York Mets 3. Miami Marlins 4. Atlanta Braves 5. Philadelphia Phillies NL CENTRAL 1. St. Louis Cardinals 2. Pittsburgh Pirates 3. Chicago Cubs (they're good now, but not good enough to beat St. Louis) 4. Milwaukee Brewers 5. Cincinnati Reds NL WEST 1. San Diego Padres (I'm believing the hype) 2. Los Angeles Dodgers 3. San Francisco Giants (odd-year curse) 4. Arizona Diamondbacks 5. Colorado Rockies (Throw up for last place) So what do you guys think this year is going to look like? Post away! |

I agree with everything you have except Mets in 2nd. NL EAST 1. Washington Nationals 2. Miami Marlins 3. Atlanta Braves 4. New York Mets 5. Philadelphia Phillies The last three are really kind of a toss up, I think they'll all land within 5 games of each other. ![]() |

But I really don't agree with the Braves over the Mets, the Mets won the season series against Atlanta last season I think, and the Braves lost a ton of players over the offseason, their biggest signing was Nick Markakis, who needs neck surgery. Why don't people think the Mets are a good team!!!

1. Mets - My take: As a diehard fan, they will almost NEVER beat Nationals this season. Except for when Harvey beats Strasburg again ![]() |

Jose Fernandez > Matt Harvey also, Mike Stanton that's really all you need for the Marlins to be over the Mets. but the mets rotation has promise and could deliver...it's just a big maybe. edit; okay, Fernandez is out until june/july. still, he feels normal. projections only have the marlins a few games up on the Mets...maybe i am being too harsh? Trying to troll LGM maybe? hahah |
