I'm rooting for the U.S. to do really well. I've already watched portions of all of the games so far.

Japan and the US for me, too.

Who won this morning between Japan and Brazil?

Rooting for the U.S. and Japan. A nice change of pace from rooting for the Cubs.

Awesome! I was hoping they would come around. When I left for my history class it was still 3-2 Brazil.

Rooting for the U.S.

I'm picking Venezuela to win it all though.

Note: Sadaharu Oh threw out the first pitch of the JPN-BRA game in a suit & tie. This should definitely be made mandatory for all MLB games. :P

Ok, this is pretty hilarious. Pool B is played in Taiwan, so the Australia-Chinese Taipei (Taiwan) game has an attendance of about 20,000. But then South Korea and the Netherlands play, and they barely reach 1,000 in attendance! Note to the people who set up the WBC, don't set up games in Taiwan in 2017
