Well our star was Paul Clemens. He was the MVP and CY Young. HE had a 0-156 record, 20.76 ERA, 162 GS, 415.1 IP. He also had a -18.9 WAR This was because we traded all of our pitchers and released the one stars. Paul Clemens had two stars and I could not sign any other players because I did not have any money. There was fear of injury, but there was none. Also some fielders pitched very badly. Arquines Cardinez comes to mind.(4.50 ERA) |

So, basically, your strategy was to only use Paul Clemens and a host of position players to pitch? And with a strikeout rate around 37 percent (based on that insanely high BABIP/sub-Mendoza AVG)... You were, um, trying to do that badly, right? |
