Not saying he will be a monster or anything, but odds are, the only way Archer comes out being better is if Heyward gets injured.

They're big words, I know. I'll break it down nice and easy for you. It's when you trade away a player on a hot streak for a better player, usually one who is slumping. For example, trading Braun after a 7 game hitting streak (including a 3 home run game) for Tulo who's 1 for his last 10 with only one homer so far would be selling high

This is the opposite of buying low, although veterans will try to sell high and buy low at the same time to try and get maximum value

Oh, honestly, I don't even think Braun is any worse of a player, and Tulo is incredibly injury-prone. Plus, there is no way I can let De Aza start in my outfield.
