Being a manager in a baseball league is hard work. But playing in a big league with million of fans is way beyond what I would have imagined.

I never thought I had a chance in the big leagues until I got a call from an owner of the Sakai Sharks, a new expansion team of the Japanese baseball league, the NPB. Man, I don't think I've ever been so excited for anything before when I got that call. That was just a year ago, and now we have the players selected, uniforms made and a stadium built in the city that looks beautiful.

From what I can tell when I go around town the fans seem very excited. I hope I don't let them down, it is supposed to be a scrap team of American minor leaguers. But they told me you had 5 years to make it at least .500 to keep on going, so I plan on doing it in 3.


I have been wanting to do this for a while and I plan on doing quite a lot of this! Let me know what you guys think I will be posting the rosters shortly

Honestly I must say this looks like a good starting team. The pitching will need a lot of work but hopefully the decent batting talent will keep us in games. I am a little diaapointed that the Owner forgot to give me a second string team... looks like a lot of work in the draft and free agency going to come..

the pitchers except for two are second string of the Japanese teams while the batters are all success except the shortstop walker

Oh, really? Didn't know that. So what happens if you create a team and don't add players, like an expansion team?

Basically, there's no expansion teams you can add. You can add arrange teams, you can have 16 teams in one pennant mode, but there are no gray-bar players, if that makes any sense.

You can add up to 4 arrange teams with real teams in the game. They are either based off a team in the game or success players, but with the board game it doesn't take that long.

I just pitched a exhibition against the Marines with Gray, 7IP 6 Hits 0 runs 9 STRIKEOUTS :lol: :lol: :lol:
